Detailed Itinerary by days
Day 1Sorrento - Positano
From Sorrento's lemon-scented marina, sail under the protection of Punta Campanella's rocks. Glide by the Li Galli Islands, where sirens once l drew sailors, and settle in Positano's vertical paradise. Zigzag staircases covered with flowers to Chiesa di Santa Maria Assunta, its majolica dome shining like a cerulean diamond. Explore the blue embrace of Spiaggia Grande then indulge in delizia al limone at Bruno's, where the patio hangs over the sea like a lover's balcony.

Day 2Positano - Praiano
At daybreak, cruise to Praiano, a gentler sister where homes of fishermen hang to cliffs. After kayaking to the Emerald Grotto in Conca dei Marini, whose waters radiate an ethereal green glow, snorkel the secret coves of the Marina di Praia. Dine under vaulted stone ceilings at Il Monastero, a restored monastery where nuns previously made sfogliatelle. Now serves zucchini blossom risotto.

Day 3Conca - Amalfi
Get to Amalfi where the plaza echoes with the bells of the cathedral. Visit the Museo della Carta, where medieval artists turned rubbish into poetry, then fly to Maiori, location of the longest sandy beach in the coast. Cycle the Lemon Trail pausing in groves where sfusato lemons scent the air to eat granita. Join a tarantella dance on the beach at evening, tambourines timing the waves.

Day 4Maiori - Vietri sul Mare
Coast east to Vietri sul Mare, where hand-painted ceramics glisten on sidewalks. Create your own pulcinella figure in a family studio and then sail to the mediaeval center of Salerno. Eat at Mamma Rosa, where scialatielli pasta swirls in seafood broth under glittering fairy lights, then wander the Giardino della Minerva, the oldest botanical park in Europe.

Day 5Salerno - Agropoli
Sail south to Agropoli, where Aragonese castle rises over fishing boats. Snorkel the Trentova Bay Marine Reserve, its seagrass meadows bursting with seahorses, then climb to Paestum's Doric temples—Greek ghosts emerging from the mist. Feast on fresh mozzarella di bufala, matched with tomatoes still warm from the vine. Weeps.

Day 6Agropoli - Acciaroli
Glide into Acciaroli, a Hemingway haunt where elderly men recount sea stories and repair nets. Kayak to the Sirenuse Rocks, with myth- echoing caves, then get a slice of Pioppi's "Mediterranean Diet," pesce alla brace ( barbecued fish) eaten barefoot on the pier. The stars reflected in the tranquil water of the harbor will let you fall asleep with the rhythm of the waves.

Day 7Acciaroli - Sorento
Sail to the Sirenuse Islands for your last journey; stories from there claim Parthenope's music still exists. Your shadow dances with amberjack, then anchors for a farewell meal of linguine alle vongole on deck. Snorkel beautiful waters. Go back to Sorrento when the sun sets behind Capri; your skin will be sun-kissed and your soul will be singing the Amalfi's constant song.
